An alternate version can be used by replacing Healing Signet with Sprint (I've never even used it while soloing Chkkr, and I rarely fall below half health)

This build will kill Chkkr Thousand Tail faster than the originally posted Desperation-Drunken Blow VIM build.

Start the farm by running into Drazach Thicket from St. Anjeka's Shrine.

There will be a group of warden straight ahead, with a mantis patrol group to the right of them.

Wait for the patrol group to leave, then run past the warden and try to shake them. Once you've done so, make your way up to Chkkr, throw on Mending, and bash his brains in. Knockdowns are key against Chkkr, because of the spirits of Brambles and Laceration around and about you. He'll be taking -5 degen with every knockdown, so this battle practically fights itself. Plus, with weakness on him, and dolyak on you, this fight is very easy.
